Program & Enablement Practitioner | Non-Technical AI Upskilling | Experiential & Sustainable Learning Advocate

“If your dream includes only you, it’s too small — revisit it and make it more inclusive.”

A curious thinker and lifelong learner, I bring 15 years of global experience moving from frontline Sales into Sales Enablement, then into Engineering Program Management and now Strategy & Enablement roles in tech . Known for thoughtful problem-solving and strategic thinking, I design and land scalable programmes with change management at the centre — helping people and systems evolve so initiatives truly succeed.

I’m currently deepening my strategic thinking and programme-management capability with AI — exploring where it genuinely adds value, which tools are meaningful, and how to frame clear requirements and success metrics so engineers and stakeholders can build responsibly. This is not just about learning tools but about understanding how AI reshapes organisational dynamics and human work.

My education and purpose are anchored in creating learning that endures — embedding experiential and sustainable approaches into school curricula so education not only informs but also shapes responsible, empathetic futures.

What I Explore

As of today, site is my living notebook — a place where I think out loud about the themes shaping my work and life. By sharing them openly, I hope they spark ideas and offer value to others walking similar paths.

The Practice of Programme Leadership

From sales to enablement to engineering program strategy, I focus on planning, executing and enabling initiatives so they land and last, with people and change at the centre.

AI Through Not so Technical Lens

Exploring where AI genuinely adds value, which tools/ resources and learnings are meaningful for a non techie in tech, and reflecting on how AI reshaping the way organisations work.

Experiential & Sustainable Learning

My deeper purpose is to create education that “sticks” — embedding hands-on, inclusive and environmentally responsible approaches into school curricula and learning experiences.
